Many North Dakota facilities are licensed and inspected through Memorandums of Understanding with nine local public health units within their
areas of regulatory jurisdiction
throughout the state. The inspection records for Central Valley Health District, Western Plains Public Health, Grand Forks Public Health, Upper Missouri District Health Unit, and Southwestern District
Health are also available through this search page by selecting the appropriate jurisdiction in the dropdown box.
To start a search for a specific facility, enter a name or any part of the facility name. Limiting your search words will return more results but will
also increase your ability to find the correct facility. You can also search for facilities within a specific area or city, as well as by date of the
inspection. By selecting “Search” a list will be displayed. This list can be sorted by clicking on any of the underlined column headings.
A copy of the most recent inspection will pop up in PDF format for downloading or printing by selecting the small document image listed in the facility
row.
Disclosure: Inspection reports are a snapshot of the day and time of the inspection and may not be representative of overall compliance and
practices of an establishment. At the time of inspection, violations are recorded and are corrected on site whenever possible prior to the inspector
leaving the establishment. The frequency of inspections varies based upon several factors including facility license classification, type of food served,
food preparation processes used, volume of food, population served, as well as history of compliance.
